Lots of Exercise

It is Friday morning at 5:30 and I have been up for an hour and a half.  I had a hard day yesterday but I finally got the Coleman winners figured out and emailed the winners to the rest of the English department.  I did my knee exercises yesterday, along with a 40 minute bike ride along the new river and a walk with Rob along the Tom’s creek trail.  I was exhausted when I got home but it was a good bit of exercise.  I still haven’t heard from St. Mary’s so I am thinking of writing to the Pope to see if he would respond.  My big concern right now is my right shoulder.  I am not sure how I hurt it (possibly when I fell) but I didn’t have any pain from it for over a week.  I am using heat on it but I may have to go see a doctor about it.  My eyes are fabulous and now I only have to use the prednisone drops, one in the left eye per day and three in the right eye for one week, then two, then one.  Elizabeth has been such a good help but I think I should leave her alone.  I saw Leslie Brooks and her daughter at the Dog Walk parking area and it was nice to see them both.
